Services for the Rev. John William Whittenberg, 69, of Diplog City, Philippines, will be held at Jacob Chapel Free Will Baptist Church in Tallahassee on Saturday, May 28, at 11 a.m., with the Rev. Oliver J. Simmons presiding. Burial will be Tuesday, May 31, at Daniels Cemetery in Union City, S.C. Rev. Whittenberg died May 12, 2011. Chandler’s Funeral Home of Attapulgus is in charge of the arrangements.
