• St. Mary A.M.E. Church—The youth department of the church will continue its first youth revival, concluding it on Sunday, May 22. Prayer starts at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday, with the Rev. Carl Washington Jr. as guest speaker at 7 p.m. Sunday’s speaker will be Minister Quantavous Clark at 3 p.m. on the theme “Yes We Can: The Winner in Me!”

• Morningside Baptist Church—The church, located on Vada Road in Bainbridge, will have a celebration on Saturday, May 21, at 2 p.m. in honor of Dr. Kenneth Cloud and his family having 50 years in the ministry. • Christ Tabernacle Church—The church, located 1701 Bethel Road, will celebrate the 15 years of dedicated service from Bishop Kelvin D. Wells, pastor, on Saturday, May 21, at 4 p.m. with bishops Clarence Jackson and Horace Dozier as event speakers.

• Oak Grove M.B. Church—The church, located 138 Philyaw Road in Attapulgus, will observe the first anniversary of the Oak Grove Little Ones Choir on Saturday, May 21, at 6 p.m.

• Bethlehem Freewill Baptist Church—The church, located 1810 S. West St., will have the annual mission march presented by the mission department starting on Saturday, May 21, at 7 p.m. and going up to Sunday.

• Mount Olive M.B. Church—The church, located on Spring Creek Road, will observe its 141st church anniversary on Sunday, May 22, at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Tommy Ray Davis of Dothan, Ala., as guest speaker.

• Deaconess of Union Missionary Baptist Church—The church, located 703 Martin St. in West Bainbridge, will have a Parade of Hats on Sunday, May 22, at 3 p.m.

• Calvary Baptist Church—The church, located 601 Chason St., will hold a revival beginning May 22 through 25. Sunday service is 10:30 a.m. with the weekday services at 7 p.m. The Rev. Jim Osteen will be guest speaker.

• Celebration Baptist—The church, located 3039 Faceville Hwy., will have a Fifth Sunday Sing on Sunday, May 29, beginning with 11 a.m. service, lunch and singing at 1:15 with Resting Place from Cottonwood, Ala.

• Greater Macedonia M.B. Church—The church will host a program Sunday, May 29, at 4 p.m. called Community Mission in Action Working together. Contributions to this organization help feed the hungry. Speaking on the four Gospel writers will be the Revs. John Thomas, on the Book of Matthew, Henry Stevens on John, David Grubbs on Luke and Tamorris Baulkman on Mark.

• Mount Zuma M.B. Church—The church, located 2015 Vada Road, will hold a Fifth Sunday Sing on Sunday, May 29, at 5 p.m. featuring The Amazing Harmony Four, The Spiritual Aires, The Gospel Lifters, The Mount Ararat Male Chorus and Karen Washington and the New Singing Stars.

• Pine Forest M.B. Church—The church, located 104 Pine Forest Road, will hold a Fifth Sunday night sing on Sunday, May 29, beginning at 6 p.m.

• West Bainbridge Baptist Church—The church, located 801 Griffin St., will have a homecoming celebration on Sunday, June 5, at 10:30 a.m., with Gospel Bluegrass Band and Blue Shades of Grass.

• New Harvest Ministries—The church, located 400 Miller Ave., will host a Women Conference 2011, beginning June 10 at 7 p.m., June 11 at 10 a.m. with a workshop at 3 p.m. and conclude with a worship service on the 12th at 11 a.m. Theme of the conference is Heart Beauty—Living Without Limits.

• St. Thomas M.B. Church—The church, located 198 Edwards Road in Fowlstown, will host the 2011 Men Day Celebration on Sunday, June 12, at 2:30 p.m. Theme of the program is “Steadfast Men Working for Christ.” The Rev. Gregory C. James of Tallahassee, Fla., will be the event speaker.

• Lily Hill M.B. Church—The church, located in Climax, will hold a Men and Women Day on Sunday, June 26, at 11:30 a.m. with Evangelist Barbara Haynes of Redeeming Life Fellowship Church in Cairo as guest speaker.
