What goes on behind closed doors

It is an insult to the taxpayers of Bainbridge that the City is buying a downtown building for $185,000 as an “incubator.” It would seem more feasible and fair that such money would better serve the public with infrastructure maintenance whereby everybody benefits. Only one person benefits from the sale of the Water Street buildings.

What has the Nelson building gained for anyone over the years? Perhaps the Nelson building should be used as “the incubator.”

Amazing what goes on behind closed doors.
