Merry and Walter Barrett of Donalsonville, Ga., announce the engagement of their daughter, Brittany Anne, to Joshua Russell Bradley of Jakin, Ga.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Shirley Miles of Donalsonville and the late Jack Miles, P.L. Barrett and Alice Barrett.

She is currently attending Bainbridge College where she is enrolled in the ADN program, pursuing a degree as a registered nurse.

The groom-elect is the son of Brenda and Russell Bradley of Jakin, and the grandson of Alice Womble of Jakin, James and Sylvia Bradley of Ellijay, Ga., and the late Horace Womble.

He is employed as a manager at Gamestop in Bainbridge.

The wedding is planned for May 14 in Jakin. Local invitations to be sent.
