Earth-moving equipment is working at the future site of Seminole Winds restaurant on Tallahassee Highway this week. Contractor Karl Weckwert of the Allerbest Development Inc., in Thomasville, Ga., said footers for the new buffet-style restaurant will be poured on Monday. He expects the building to be complete and ready to open sometime the end of June or first part of July. It is located in front of the new Holiday Inn Express on Tallahassee Highway in the Douglas Center.
