The memorial service for Hattie Stephens Horn, 91, of Augusta, Ga., was held on Saturday, Feb. 19, at Ivey Funeral Home Chapel.

Interment was private.

Mrs. Horn was born Sept. 7, 1919, and died Feb. 9, 2011, at Kentwood Nursing Home in Augusta.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, Stanley D. Davis; her second husband, Roland L. Horn, and her sister, Annie Pearl Patterson.

Survivors include her daughter, Shirley D. Hodges and her husband, Dr. T.I. Hodges, of Augusta; her son, Stan D. Davis and his wife, Tina Davis, of Johns Creek, Ga.; her two sisters, Mary Ethel Johnson of Colquitt and Marjorie Moughon of Gray, Ga.; her three grandchildren, her seven great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations may be made to Trinity on the Hill United Methodist Church, 1330 Monte Sano Ave., Augusta, GA 30904.

Ivey Funeral Home was in charge of local arrangements.
