Miss Johnson, Mr. Parsons to wed in March

David and Catherine Johnson of Bainbridge, Ga., announce the engagement of their daughter, Abby Kate Johnson of Kissimmee, Fla., to Zachary Charles Parsons, also of Kissimmee.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Myrtle Johnson of Bainbridge and the late Byron L. Johnson, and of Billie Zorn of Bainbridge, and the late Willie Zorn.
She graduated from Bainbridge High School in 2005 and was salutatorian graduate of the Tallahassee Community College Dental Hygiene Class of 2010. She was a member of Sigma Phi Alpha, the national honor society for dental hygiene. She is employed as a dental hygienist at Smile for Me Family Dental Practice in Clermont, Fla.
The groom elect is the son of Ken and Vicki Bailey of Bainbridge, and Ray and Carolyn Parsons of Kissimmee, and the grandson of Janet Harrell of Bainbridge, the late Jimmy Harrell, and of Chuck Parsons of Kissimmee and the late Dee Parsons.
He graduated from Bainbridge High School in 2005, and from the University of Florida in 2009, where he majored in business management and was a member of Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity.
Mr. Parsons is employed by Latitude 28 Real Estate Brokerage & Parsons Design and Development in Kissimmee.
The wedding is planned for March 19, 2011, at 5 p.m. at First Baptist Church in Bainbridge. The reception will be at the Kirbo Center and friends and relatives are invited to attend the wedding and reception.
