Funeral services for Randy Haywood, 58, of Colquitt, Ga., will be Wednesday, Dec. 29, at 2 p.m. at Sheffield Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Kent Barwick officiating.

Visitation will be from 1 to 2 p.m. Wednesday, one hour prior to service. Mr. Haywood will be cremated after the service.

Mr. Haywood was born March 2, 1952, and died Saturday, Dec. 25, 2010, at South East Alabama Medical Center in Dothan. He was a mechanic with Propex in Bainbridge.

He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Jean Haywood; one sister, Mariellen Eakin, and a stepson, Chris Chastain.

He is survived by his wife, Dianne Haywood of Colquitt; a son, Jason Haywood of Colquitt; a stepson, Jesse Espinoza of Albany, Ga.; two daughters, Courtney Dean of Bainbridge and Leslie Haywood of Colquitt; a stepdaughter, Amber Espinoza of Colquitt; two sisters, Maxine Edwards of Camilla and Abigail Richardson of Spruce Pine. N.C.; three brothers, Bo Haywood of Colquitt, David Haywood of Bainbridge and Jimmy Haywood of Brinson, and several grandchildren.

Colquitt Funeral Home Inc. is in charge of the arrangements.
