Kevin and Kaye Green of Ochlocknee, Ga., announce the engagement of their daughter, Courtney Renee Green, of Ochlocknee, to Timothy Edward Harrell of Climax, Ga.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Glen and Mary Green, and Delphia Johnson of Ochlocknee and of the late Wendall Johnson.

She is a 2008 graduate of Thomas County Central High School and of Darton College Nursing Program in 2010. She is employed by Archbold Hospital.

The groom is the son of Willis Edward Harrell Jr. and Alice Harrell of Climax, and the grandson of Willis E. Harrell and Shirley Harrell of Climax and of the late Lewis R. and Anne Wilson.

He is a 1997 graduate of Grace Christian School and of Southwest Georgia Technical College in 2003 with a degree in respiratory therapy. He is enrolled in the Darton College 2011 Nursing Program, and employed by Archbold Hospital.

The wedding is planned for Dec. 11 at 6 p.m. at First Baptist Chapel in Thomasville. The reception will be held at Business Exchange in Thomasville.
