• Oak Grove M.B. Church—The church, located at 138 Philyaw Road, Fowlstown, will be distributing food boxes on Saturday, Nov. 13, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. The PKJ Praise team will also celebrate its first anniversary at 6 p.m. Saturday.

• Harvest Assembly of God—The church, located 2222 Dothan Road, will hold its Fall Bazaar on Saturday, Nov. 13, offering many homemade items, baked goods and Christmas items.

• Second Morning Star Church—The church, located 140 Engelhard Road, Attapulgus, will hold an event on Saturday, Nov. 13, at 6:30 p.m. with Joe Kendricks speaking.

• Salem M. B. Church—The church, located 451 Old Faceville Road, Faceville, will be having a “Harvest Bazaar,” on Saturday, Nov. 13, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. The bazaar will feature fun activities for kids of all ages, a spa extravaganza and booth rentals. • Disciples of Jesus Ministry—The church, located 1630 Bethel Road, will hold a Unity in the Community Thanksgiving Feast on Saturday, Nov. 13, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Free dinners and drinks will be served and Evangelist Beverly Davis will speak.

• Recovery United Methodist Church—The church will hold the annual Fall Pilau Supper on Saturday, Nov. 13, from 5 to 7 p.m. Take Highway 97 South to Recovery Road and follow signs to the church.

• Immanuel Baptist Church—The church, located at 2133 Dothan Hwy., will celebrate Homecoming on Sunday, Nov. 14, with a guest speaker the Rev. Kim Whitehead. Sunday school is at 9:45 and morning worship at 11 a.m.

• God’s Temple of Holy Praise—The church, located at 106 Griffin St., will host a guest speaker, Pastor Lee Lyons on Sunday, Nov. 14, at 2 p.m.

• John the Baptist M.B. Church—The church, located 1706 Faceville Road, Bainbridge, will have ordination services on Sunday, Nov. 14, at 3 p.m. The theme will be “Working together as one body in Christ,” with the Rev. James Turner of Greater St. Mark M.B. Church as guest speaker.

• Second St. James M.B. Church—The church, located on Potter Street in Bainbridge, will have a benefit praise service for Sister Lessie Crawford on Sunday, Nov. 14, at 5 p.m., with the Rev. Eugene Roberts speaking.

• Piney Grove M.B. Church—The church, located on Piney Grove Road, Whigham, will observe the church and pastor’s anniversaries on Sunday, Nov. 14, with services beginning at 11 a.m.

• Union Missionary Baptist Church—The church, located 703 Martin St., Bainbridge, will observe its 77th anniversary beginning Wednesday, Nov. 17, with the Rev. Henry Hogan as guest speaker; Thursday, Nov. 18, speaker will be the Rev. Jerome Severson, and on Friday. Nov. 19, will be the Rev. Smiley. All weekday services will be at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday, Nov. 21, 11 a.m. service will have Rev. David Johnson as speaker.

• Mount Zuma M.B. Church—The church, located at 2015 Vada Hwy., will hold the fall revival from Nov. 17-19 at 7:30 p.m. nightly, with the Rev. Jordan Arline speaker.

• God’s Temple of Holy Praise #2—The church, located 106 Griffin St. in Bainbridge, will hold the second Fall Youth Program: “We’re Waging War” with guest speaker Pastor Colvin of Lamb Temple of God Ministry of Tallahassee on Nov. 19 at 7 p.m.

• St. John Episcopal Church—The church, located at 516 Broughton St., will hold the Festival of St. John the Apostle, the new name for the annual bazaar, on Saturday, Nov. 20, beginning at 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.

• Second St. James M.B. Church—The church at 1912 Potter St. will celebrate Harvest Day on Sunday, Nov. 21, at 11 a.m. with Minister Tamorris Baulkmon as speaker.

• Mount Zuma M.B. Church—The church, located 2015 Vada Road, will observe Family and Friends Day on Sunday, Nov. 21, at 2:30 p.m. with the Rev. Phillip Corker of Shilo One M.B. Church of Cairo as speaker.

• Pilgrim Rest M.B. Church—The church, located 849 MLK Drive, will hold the annual Mission Candlelight service Sunday, Nov. 21, at 5 p.m. The Rev. Harry Mitchell of Mount Zuma and the Piney Grove Church will be in charge of services.

• St. Paul M.B. Church—The church, located on Hwy. 27 North, will observe the 99th church anniversary and the pastor’s anniversary at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 24, and Friday, Nov. 26, and at 10 a.m. on Sunday, Nov. 28. Speaker on the 24th will be Clifford Burke and Pastor Smiley will speak on the 26th. Church Pastor is Levi Kelly.

• Pilgrim Rest M.B. Church—The church, located 849 MLK Dr., will observe Harvest Day with Family and Friends Sunday, Nov. 28, at 11 a.m. with Rev. John Neah and St. Andrew of Climax in charge of services.

• Bethlehem Freewill Baptist Church—The church, located at 1810 S. West St. in Bainbridge, will have a Harvest Rally (old-fashioned day) on Sunday, Nov. 28, beginning at 11:15 a.m. Come as you are for services and dinner that will be served.

• Greater Macedonia M.B. Church—The church, located 1006 Holley St., will host a Soul Bowl Revival on Tuesday, Nov. 30, Wednesday, Dec. 1 and Thursday, Dec. 2, each night at 7 p.m. with ministers and choirs in charge of the services. The Rev. Eric Collins is the county chairman.

• Miracle Deliverance Pentecostal Church—The church, located 2554 Bethel Road, Bainbridge, will observe Pastor Appreciation Sunday for Apostle Willie Ford on Sunday, Dec. 5, at 3 p.m. Dinner will be served.

• Pilgrim Rest Baptist Church—The family of Louticia McKelvin will hold a tribute of love on Friday, Dec. 10, at 7 p.m. at the Adolph Noble Building, 849 MLK Drive.

• Piney Grove M.B. Church—The church, on Pine Grove Road in Whigham, will have Watch Night services, on Dec. 31 beginning at 9 p.m.
