Hugh Wright of Climax and Melba Wright of Bainbridge announce the engagement of their daughter, Shannon Nichole Wright of Tifton, to Henry Evan Turner, also of Tifton.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Charlie and Nell Wright of Bainbridge, Ms. Brenda Kelley of Bainbridge and Melvin and Sheila Cagle of Bainbridge.

Miss Wright is a 2007 honor graduate of Bainbridge High School, and a 2009 graduate of Darton College where she received an Associate of Science as a physical therapist assistant. She is employed with Select Medical at Tift Healthcare in Tifton as a physical therapist assistant.

The groom-elect is the son of Mr. Terry Turner of Sycamore, Ga., and Ms. Robbie Kelley of West Virginia. He is the grandson of Robert and Ellen Kelly of Bainbridge.

Mr. Turner graduated from Bainbridge High School in 2005. He is currently employed at Patrick Farms in Omega, Ga.

The wedding is planned for Nov. 13 at 6 p.m. at Willis Park. The reception will follow at the Firehouse Gallery in the Callahan Room. Friends and family are invited to attend the wedding and/or reception.
