The Decatur County Health Department will hold a drive-through Flu Shot Clinic on Friday, Oct. 1, from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the health department parking lot at 928 West St. Flu shots are $25 per person. Cash, checks, Medicaid and Medicare, State Health Benefit plans, United Healthcare and Cigna all accepted. Information forms should be filled out and ready to provide to clinic workers when you drive up. Forms will be provided for those who do not have one.
