No services are planned for John O. Morrison Sr., 94, who died on Aug. 22, 2010, at Bainbridge Health Care.

Mr. Morrison was born March 18, 1916, in Wadsworth, Ohio, but lived in Whigham for more than 30 years. He was a member of The Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses in Cairo, and had been a construction contractor.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Ann Morrison; and one son, Lloyd Morrison.
Survivors include two sons, Johnny O. Morrison Jr. of Climax and Charles Morrison of Spring Hill, Fla.; one brother, Bill Morrison of Wadsworth, Ohio; four grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Cox-Ware Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
