Lauren Harrell is now a licensed real estate agent with DeHildren Realty in Bainbridge.

Harrell is a 2001 alumnus of Florida State University, where she received a bachelor’s in psychology with an emphasis in gerontology. She also attended college at Wesleyan College in Macon, Ga., and the University of Montana in Missoula, Mont.

At DeHildren, Harrell seeks to use such technologies as social networking and digital photography on the Web to effectively market residential and commercial properties.

Harrell moved back to Bainbridge approximately 10 years ago. She is a member of the First United Methodist Church and is involved in both the children’s ministry as well as the older Adult ministry. As the wife of former Bainbridge mayor and councilman, Mark Harrell, she remains active within the community with such programs as The Friendship House of Jesus, the Bainbridge-Decatur County YMCA and The Samaritan Counseling Center of Southwest Georgia.
