The registration deadline for the Bainbridge Leisure Services and YMCA youth football and cheerleading programs will be extended through Friday, Aug. 20. Signups are taking place at the Leisure Services office on Donalson Street. The office will be open until 6 p.m. on Friday to accommodate registration. Parents and guardians do not have to bring children along for uniform sizing, as that will be done on another day after teams have been set up, Leisure Services Program Director Diane Atkinson said. The registration fee is $20 through Friday and $25 after Friday. Leisure Services and YMCA will offer flag football for 5-and-6-year-olds and tackle football for 7-through-12-year-olds.
