The Bainbridge-Decatur Council for the Arts will soon offer art classes for children in grades second through fifth. The classes, which will be held at the Firehouse Center and Gallery, start Aug. 26. Classes will run from 4 to 5:30 p.m. each Thursday for six weeks. Paint, print, bead, weave, stain glass, pottery, tie dye and more will be offered. The cost is a $70 instruction fee plus a $20 supply fee. Class size is limited.
