Brondell Hill

Funeral services for Brondell Capps Hill, 86, of Donalsonville, were held on Saturday, July 17, in the chapel of Evans-Skipper Funeral Home with the Revs. Andy Merritt and Stan Long officiating.
Interment followed in Hebrew Free Will Baptist Church cemetery with Matt Hill, Matthew Bradley, Jordon Hill, Chad Hart, Jason Long and Dylan Segler serving as active pallbearers.
Born April 3, 1924, in Houston County, Ala., Mrs. Hill died on Thursday, July 15, 2010, at her residence.
She was a member of Hebrew Free Will Baptist Church; a loving mother and grandmother who enjoyed cooking for and spending time with her family.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward T. Hill.
Survivors include three sons, Victor Hill of Shalimar, Fla., Glen Hill of Dublin, Ga., and Don Hill of Monroe, Ga.; three daughters, Regina Hill Sauls of Donalsonville, Rebecca Hill Long of Alma, Ga., and Ramona Hill Segler of Dothan, Ala.; a sister, Walla Capps Miller of Tallahassee, Fla.; a lifelong special friend, Doretha Stewart of Donalsonville; 15 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Evans-Skipper Funeral Home in Donalsonville was in charge of arrangements.
