The City of Bainbridge has tentatively adopted a millage rate which will require an increase in property taxes by 14.79 percent.

All concerned citizens are invited to the public hearings on this tax increase to be held at City Council Chambers in City Hall at 101 South Broad Street. The first public hearing will be July 20, at 2 p.m., the second at 6:30 p.m. on July 20, at a regularly scheduled council meeting, and the third public hearing will be at 6:30 p.m. on August 4, at a regularly scheduled council meeting.
