I am a property owner in Decatur County, Ga., and have grave concern for the environment as a result of this plant (the Longleaf coal-fired plant in Early County). It seems that the EPD is in bed with the New Jersey Power Company; as was the MMM was in bed with the oil companies.

The reason I say this is because of the underlying deceit of non-information, and the relaxation of the allowable pollutant levels to accommodate LS Power company and its plant.

Do you admit that the EPD relaxed this pollutant levels to accommodate this company?

Please understand that we are watching and this appears to be a conflict of interest.

In summary, we do not want our air and water poisoned and contaminated, and the water table changed. This will impact our entire environment.

Sounds like another BP type of action!
