Funeral services for Ms. Shaneka LeWander Cobb, 29, of Donalsonville, Ga., were held Saturday, July 3, at Galilee Missionary Baptist Church in Donalsonville with the Pastor Patrick J. Gilley officiating.

Interment followed in the church’s cemetery with Qondale Cobb, Brian Shuler, Romalice Register, Johnny Roy Parks Jr., Taurus Cobb and Derrick Everett serving as active pallbearers.

Born Jan. 20, 1981, Ms. Cobb died on June 27, 2010, at Emory Hospital in Atlanta, Ga.

Survivors include her parents, Garry and Emma Jean Cobb; a sister, Felisha Cobb; a brother, Garry Cobb Jr.; her grandparents, John and Liza Parks and Bertha Mae Cobb; her God mother, Stella Rogers of Donalsonville; several aunts and uncles, nieces and nephews, God sisters and a host of other family and friends.

Bruton Mortuary was in charge of arrangements.
