New owners Benny and Mary Grace Hayes and their daughter, Kristie Elkins, surrounded by friends and City of Bainbridge officials, celebrated the reopening of Polka Dots with a ribbon cutting Tuesday, June 15. The business features many gift items and offers space for hosting birthday parties and slumber parties.
