A memorial service for Mary Jane Swicord McCully, 59, of Tallahassee, will be Wednesday, June 16, at 11 a.m. at Bevis Funeral Home, located at 2710 N. Monroe St., in Tallahassee, Fla.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the service.

Mrs. McCully was born Oct. 27, 1950, and died on Monday, June 14, 2010, at her home following a lengthy illness.

She is survived by her husband, Bob McCully; four daughters, Beth Poitevint Lee of Tallahassee, Amy Poitevint Brown of Bainbridge, Ga., Erin McCully of Tuscaloosa, Ala., and Shannon McCully of Tallahassee; a brother, Mike Swicord of Bainbridge, and two grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, M.J. and Gerry Swicord of Bainbridge.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made either to Big Bend Hospice, 17223 Mahan Center Blvd., Tallahassee, or to Tallahassee Memorial Hospital Foundation, 1331 E. Sixth Ave., Tallahassee, Fla. 32303.
