As a follow-up to Carol Heard’s article on the Firehouse commemorative brick project, I would like to express deep appreciation to each person who bought bricks. Their enthusiastic support for the Art Council’s effort to beautify the front of the Firehouse was heartwarming.

Also, many sincere thanks to Chris Hobby and the city employees, Lyndy Jones and Joe Schroeder with JCI Contractors, and Lars Nielsen and his brick masons.

They all were very helpful and cooperative.
