Graveside services for Annie M. “Tina” Grant, 88, of Donalsonville, Ga., were held Wednesday, May 26, at Corinth Freewill Baptist Church Cemetery in Iron City, Ga., with the Rev. Rollin Rathel officiating.

Born Dec. 25, 1921, in Donalsonville, Ga., Mrs. Grant died on Monday, May 24, 2010, at the Donalsonville Hospital.

Mrs. Grant was a member of First Freewill Baptist Church and formerly worked as a nurse at the Seminole Memorial Hospital.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Fred Grant; her brother, Foy Moore, and a sister, Fosteen Alday.

She is survived by a daughter, LaVerne Holman of Iron City; a sister, Louise Alday of Iron City; a grandson, Bruce Holman of Iron City; a step grandson, Billy Cherry of Donalsonville, and five great-granchildren.

Evans-Skipper Funeral Home in Donalsonville was in charge of arrangements.
