Funeral services for Lucille Smith, 89, of Quincy, Fla., will be held Saturday, May 16, at the Centenary United Methodist Church in Quincy.

Interment will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery.

Visitation will be held an hour prior to the service at the church.

Born Aug. 15, 1920, in Decatur County, Ms. Smith died on Wednesday, May 12, 2010, in Tallahassee, Fla.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, George H. Smith; a sister, Doris Smith Neill; and a sister-in-law, Pauline Suber Smith of Quincy.

Survivors include two sisters, Mildred Smith Suber and Betty Ruth Smith Suber, both of Quincy, Fla.; many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, great-great nieces and nephews and a host of other family and friends.

Charles McClellan Funeral Home in Quincy, Fla., is in charge of arrangements.
