Funeral services for John Henry Williams, 90, of Colquitt, Ga., will be Saturday, March 27, at 11 a.m. at the Springfield M.B. Church in Newton, Ga., with the Rev. Henry Hogan officiating.

Interment will follow at the church cemetery with friends of the family serving as pallbearers.

Born in Newton, Mr. Williams died on March 20, 2010, at the Colquitt Hospital in Miller County.

He is survived by his wife, Bernie Sheffield; three sons, Bobby, B.J. and Lynwood Williams; four daughters, Helen Freeman, Ollie Findley, Bonnie Martin and Doris Williams; two sisters, Rose Goggins and Gracie Jackson; two brothers, Joseph and Johnnie Williams; a devoted friend, Buddy Baker, and 47 grandchildren.
