Funeral services for Alphonso “Peacock” Thomas, 53, of Bainbridge, were held Saturday, Jan. 9, in the chapel of Bruton Mortuary with the Rev. Percy Leggett officiating.

Interment followed in Pineview Cemetery.

Born April 11, 1956, in Quincy, Fla., Mr. Thomas died on Jan. 4, 2010, at Memorial Hospital and Manor.

Survivors include his wife, Annette Moore; two sons, Roderick Alphonso Thomas and Rodney Christopher Thomas; two daughters, Andrea Denise Thomas and Laveria Harris; special relatives, Marvin Brown and Reginald Thomas; and a host of other family and friends.

Bruton Mortuary was in charge of arrangements.
