The Bainbridge Chapter of the Citizens of Georgia Power gave its support to the local “Secret Santa” project. The chapter was able to partner with other sponsors to provide aid to area families who had a need during the Christmas season. Members of Citizens of Georgia Power presented a check to Kevin Dowdy, the president of Flint Media and coordinator of the Secret Santa local drive. The money donated was from various fund-raisers and gifts from the chapter membership. The Secret Santa program helped 117 families throughout Southwest Georgia with clothing, toys and food. The Bainbridge chapter is one of 40 statewide chapters made up of Georgia Power Company employees and family members who desire to “give back” to their area communities.
