Eighteen dogs paraded around the fountain in Willis Park Saturday, hoping that their tricks would earn them a treat. The Bainbridge-Decatur County Humane Society hosted the 7th annual pet Halloween costume parade.

Winners of the annual Halloween pet costume contest are the following: Children’s categories, first-place Lindsey Buckhaulter with Brandy; second-place Addie Elkins with Lily; and third-place is Grace Ann Powell with Dixie and Sugar, and Kaitlyn Whitley with Precious. Adult winners are cutest, Amy Salter with Hope, and Michele Hufstetler with Ralph; most original is John Spooner with Smokin Magnum, and runner-up is Bridget Schwartz with Kriston.
