The Junior ROTC-sponsored Young Eagle program will take off again on Saturday, Oct. 24, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Decatur County Airport. People can go to Chapter 445 Web site, eaa445.org, and follow Young Eagle cues to find the YE brochure, which includes the permission form for flying.
