A memorial service for Cindy Clydesdale Powell, 46, of Palm Harbor, Fla., will be held Wednesday, Oct. 14, at 10 a.m. at Northwood Presbyterian Church in Clearwater, Fla.

Born Oct. 24, 1962, in Kenmore, N.Y., Mrs. Powell died unexpectedly Saturday, Oct. 10, at Mease Countryside Hospital in Clearwater, Fla.

A graduate of University of Massachusetts, Mrs. Powell moved from Plymouth, Mass., to Palm Harbor, Fla., in 1984 and worked for the St. Petersburg/Clearwater Area Convention & Visitors Bureau.

Survivors include her husband, Jeff Powell, formerly of Bainbridge; a sister, Cheryl James of Tampa, Fla.; a brother, Robert J. Clydesdale, of Tampa; her father, Rex Powell Sr. of Bainbridge; a brother-in-law, two sisters-in-law and several nieces and nephews.

Sylvan Abbey Funeral Home in Clearwater, Fla., was in charge of funeral arrangements.
