Miss Nikki Dollar, 22, of Americus, Ga., passed away at her residence on Wednesday evening, Sept. 23, 2009.

Memorial services will be conducted at 3 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 26, in the chapel of Hancock Funeral Home with the Rev. Tommy McConnell officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home following the service. At other times, friends may call at 180 Pine Level Road.

Born Sept. 8, 1987, in Sumter County, Nikki was a daughter of Randy W. and Angela Deese Dollar. She was a 2006 graduate of Americus-Sumter High School.

Nikki never met a stranger, and she was greatly loved by her family and everyone she ever met. She participated in Special Olympics, loved her baby dolls, attended 4-H Clubs, enjoyed watching wrestling and was proud to have some wrestlers as special friends.

Survivors, in addition to her parents, include a sister and brother-in-law, Cassidy Leigh and Tyler Harnage of Leslie; a brother, Shawn M. Dollar of Americus; a niece and nephew, Taylor Harnage and Dakota Harnage, both of Leslie; maternal grandparents, Mary and Willie Hughes of Ellaville; paternal grandparents, Jack and Geneva Dollar of Climax; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
