Graveside services for David Lee Foulk, 62, of Thomasville, Ga., will be held Saturday, Sept. 19, at 10 a.m., in Sunset Memorial Gardens in Thomas County with the Rev. Milton C. Gardner officiating.
Born, July 1, 1947, in Kansas City, Mo., Mr. Foulk died Wednesday, Sept. 16, 2009, at Archbold Memorial Hospital in Thomasville, Ga.
Mr. Foulk was the service manager at Roy Campbell Chevrolet and was a member of First Baptist Church in Thomasville. He was a Vietnam veteran of the U.S. Army, in which he was awarded the Purple Heart.
Survivors include his parents, Jack and Elizabeth Burkhalter of Fair Oaks, Texas; his wife, Sandra Josey Faulk, formerly of Bainbridge; two children, Brent Foulk and Boston Foulk, both of Thomasville; step-children, Laura Hall and Christopher Hall, both of Thomasville; and sister, Linda Hines of Lawton, Okla.
Allen and Allen Funeral Home in Thomasville is in charge of funeral arrangements.
