Kaplan University celebrated the graduation of its summer 2009 class during a live ceremony on July 25 in Chicago. Three area students were awarded degrees: Ollie Mackey of Bainbridge was awarded a Bachelor of Science in Paralegal Studies; Sandra McMullen of Cairo was awarded an Associate of Applied Science in Business Administration; and Carolyn Meades of Cairo was awarded a Bachelor of Science in Management.
