Second letter to Congress
Published 4:20 pm Friday, July 17, 2009
The following should be mandatory requirements before taking the oath of office:
A refresher course in Economics 101
Must take a course in ethics
Must read independent Glen Beck’s book “Common Sense”
Place a large plaque on your desk in Washington reading “HONOR”
Must agree to work to pass a bill making it illegal for a major industrial company to own a T.V. media company
Agree that a one-term Congressman does not get a salary for life
Agree that Congress will have the same health care as all taxpayers
Work to get the respect of your constituents so they can again address their letters to you “Dear Honorable Congressman”
I hope you get the point.
A concerned citizen,
Jack D. RichTallahassee, Fla.
