Johnson among academy participants
Ambrica Johnson from Bainbridge High School was one of 19 high school students who participated in the Georgia Southwestern State University 10-day Academy for Future Teachers (AFT) that began June 30. During the AFT, students participated in science, technology, engineering and mathematics disciplines workshops with GSW professors and went on a number of field trips to places like the Coca-Cola Space Science Center at Columbus State University and the Okefenokee Swamp.
