Among the Bainbridge College graduates on whom President Thomas A. Wilkerson conferred degrees and certificates at the 2009 commencement ceremony were these students, whose names were inadvertently omitted from the news sent by the college and for which the college apologizes. Decatur County residents omitted were Debbie Barber of Bainbridge, who earned a certificate in criminal justice technology; Tori Campbell of Attapulgus and Justin Spooner of Bainbridge, who earned associate of arts degrees. Early County area students included Derrick Cox of Dothan, Ala., who graduated with honors, earning an associate of arts degree, and Donald Mcburrows of Blakely, who earned a certificate in electrical/electronics maintenance. Grady County graduates earning associate of arts degrees included Mindy Butler of Calvary and Allison Singletary of Cairo, who graduated with honors.
