Funeral services for Rena “Doll” McMillan, 93, will be on Wednesday, July 1, at 11 a.m. at the New Hope Missionary Baptist Church in Mount Pleasant, Fla., with the Revs. Rudolph Neely, Beverly Griffin and John Thomas officiating.

Interment will follow at the Hannatown Cemetery. The family will receive friends at St. Stephens A.M.E. Church in the Hannatown community on Tuesday, June 30, from 6 to 8 p.m.

Mrs. McMillan died on Tuesday, June 24, 2009, at her home.

Mrs. McMillan was preceded in death by her husband of 69 years, General McMillan.

She is survived by four sisters, Elvira Josey, Mary E. Griffin, both of Bainbridge, and Eula C. Pate and Eula Mae Lang of Syracuse, N.Y.

Bradwell Mortuary in Quincy, Fla., is in charge of funeral services.
