Teddy Hunter

Funeral services for Teddy A. Hunter, 87, of Bainbridge, will be held Thursday, June 25, at 2 p.m. at Ivey Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Milton Harrison officiating.
Interment will follow at Bethany Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Wednesday, June 24, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Ivey Funeral Home.
Born May 8, 1922, in Molunkus, Maine, Mr. Hunter died on Tuesday, June 23, at his residence.
Mr. Hunter retired from the U.S. Army with 21 years of service, having served during World War II and Korea. He was a certified mechanic and was of the Christian Protestant faith.
Survivors include his wife of 46 years, Mildred Hunter of Bainbridge; five sons, Mark Hunter of Bainbridge, Tab Hunter of Mobile, Ala., Terry Hunter of Ashland, Maine, Tommy Hunter and Timmy Hunter, both of Bristol, Va.; his daughter, Kim Elaine Boyett of Bainbridge; his brother, Henry Hunter, Jr. of Macwahoc, Maine; his sister, Corene Moody of Augusta, Maine; 12 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
Ivey Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
