Funeral services for Ryan Christopher Wetters, 22, of Geneva, Ill., formerly of Bainbridge, will be held Saturday, May 30, at 11 a.m. at Fox Valley Presbyterian Church in Geneva, Ill., with the Rev. Carl Gray officiating.

Interment will follow on June 1 at 1 p.m. in Tired Creek Cemetery in Cairo, Ga.

Born June 24, 1986, in Tallahassee, Fla., Wetters died on Monday, May 25, 2009, at his residence in Geneva.

Wetters’ father worked for BP Amoco, which had the family growing up in several towns, including Bainbridge, Ga. An alumnus of Northern Illinois University in Dekalb, Ill., Wetters was employed as a business manager.

Survivors include his parents, Brian and Kathy Wetters of Geneva, Ill.; a brother, Alex Wetters of Ames, Iowa; and a host of friends and family.

Conley Funeral Home in Elburn, Ill., is in charge of funeral arrangements.
