What is the City of Bainbridge waiting for? Are they waiting for someone to be ran over before doing something about the jaywalking problem on Shotwell Street?

Several times now, I’ve had someone walk out into the street causing me to slam on my brakes. And the people walking take all the time they want. The main area of the problem is in front of Burger King and Nic’s Quick Stop.

I ask again, what are they waiting for?
