Funeral services for Betty Sue Redding, 66, of Colquitt, Ga., were held Wednesday, May 13, at Colquitt Free Will Baptist Church with the Revs. Kent Barwick and William Smith officiating.
Interment followed at Bellview Church Cemetery.
Born Aug. 17, 1942, in Decatur County, Mrs. Redding died Monday, May 11, 2009, at Miller County Hospital in Colquitt.
Mrs. Redding was a member of Colquitt Free Will Baptist Church and was a retired clerk with the Leon County (Fla.) Sheriff’s Department.
She was preceded in death by her father, Ike Watson; and her parents, W.D. Key and Bertha Key.
She is survived by three sons, David and Lee Barwick of Bainbridge and Kent Barwick of Colquitt; two daughters, Sandy Bowen and Suzianne Bell of Bainbridge; a brother, Gene Key of Bainbridge; a sister, Rita Phillips of Colquitt; 10 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and the father of her children, Gordon Barwick of Jackson, S.C.
Colquitt Funeral Home in Colquitt was in charge of arrangements.
