Funeral services for Terry Lacata Nix, 48, of Ellenwood, Ga., were held Wednesday, April 29, at Greater Macedonia M.B. Church with the Rev. Henry Flowers III officiating.

Interment followed at Jonas Lobe Cemetery with friends of the family serving as active pallbearers.

Born Aug. 2, 1960, in Perth Amboy, N.J., Mr. Nix died on Thursday, April 23, at Grady Memorial Hospital in Atlanta, Ga.

He was employed with Fulton County Internal Audit Division as an auditor.

Survivors include his mother, Greenie Slaughter Nix of New York City, N.Y.; wife, Patricia Clark Nix; two sons, Andrew Terry Nix and Alan Patrick Nix; a brother, Larry Nix of New York City; and a host of other family and friends.
