Herman Clark

Funeral services for Herman Emmanuel “Uncle Lucky” Clark, 59, of Donalsonville, Ga., were held Sunday, April 5, at St. Matthew M.B. Church in Donalsonville with the Rev. Patrick J. Gilley officiating.
Interment followed at Live Oak Church Cemetery in Donalsonville with Wayne Bryant, Stanley Grooms, Ralph Register, Greg Williams, Roosevelt Grooms and James Williams serving as pallbearers.
Born on Dec. 26, 1949, in Donalsonville, Ga., Mr. Clark died on March 31, 2009, at Bonifay Rehab & Nursing Home.
He had worked for the Seminole County school system in the field of construction.
Survivors include his ex-wife, Doris Clark of Richmond, Va.; three sons, Herman Clark Jr. and Rashawn Clark, both of Charlotte, N.C., and Larmont Ward of Newark, N.J.; two daughters, Jennifer Jothan of Newark, N.J., and Cynthia Ward of Pennsylvania; a brother, Albert Clark, and four grandchildren.
Moore Funeral Home in Donalsonville was in charge of funeral arrangements.
