Funeral services for Lisa Cross, 46, of Climax will be held Friday, March 13, at 11 a.m. at Ivey Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Carl G. Garnett officiating.

Interment will follow at Oak City Cemetery.

Memorial donations may be made to Bainbridge Youth Football League, P.O. Box 1665, Bainbridge, GA 39818.

Born Jan. 12, 1963, in Fulton County, Ga., Ms. Cross died on Tuesday, March 10, 2009, at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital in Albany, Ga.

Ms. Cross was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith. She was very active with the Bainbridge Youth Football League, serving on the board and she enjoyed being a team mom.

Cross was preceded in death by her father, Wendell Lee Wilson, her brother, Bobby Bailey, and her step-father, Bill Garrett.

Survivors include her son, Kenneth Wayne Cross II of Climax; two daughters, Sarah Jean Cross of Climax and Wendy Lee Holcombe of Bainbridge; her mother, Joyce Garrett; three brothers, Wayne Wilson, Frank Wilson and Todd Bailey; three sisters, Faye Wilson, Kaye Garrett and Donna Bailey; her former husband, Kenneth Cross of Tallahassee, Fla.; and a granddaughter.

Ivey Funeral Home in Bainbridge is in charge of services.
