Funeral services for William Charles Milligan, 70, of Quincy, Fla., were held Monday, March 2, at Antioch Cemetery in Gadsden County, Fla.

Born on Sept. 16, 1938, in Tallahassee, Fla., Mr. Milligan died on Friday, Feb. 27, in Quincy, Fla. Mr. Milligan was a co-owner of the Stateline Country Store off Georgia Highway 302/Florida Highway 267.

Survivors include his wife, Vera Milligan; two sons, Terrell Milligan of Quincy, Fla., and William Milligan of Cairo; two daughters, Edith Sellers of Cairo and Elizabeth Johnson of Quincy; four brothers, Robert Milligan, Dennis Milligan, Harry Milligan and Leroy Milligan, all of Tallahassee, Fla.; two sisters, Betty Connell of Quincy and Nancy Johnson of DeFuniak Springs, Fla.; seven grandchildren and other family and friends.

Funeral arrangements were handled by Independent Funeral Home in Quincy, Fla.
