The Bainbridge Kiwanis Club recently honored Christian Novak, a fourth-grade student at West Bainbridge Elementary, as his school’s Outstanding Student. The selection was based on achievement test scores. Novak, the son of Stephen and Turtia Novak, chose Libby Barber, who is now retired, as his school’s Outstanding Teacher.
