The Rivers Apartments, located at 1105 Lake Drive, celebrated the completion of its renovation and opening of resident services Tuesday with a Chamber-sponsored ribbon cutting. The complex offers a computer lab, exercise room, small library, walking path, tot land, playground, picnic area with grills, butterfly garden and laundry room.
