The Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) program at Bainbridge College will host three representatives from the National League of Nursing Accrediting Commission Feb. 17-19 on Main Campus as part of the initial accreditation process. Community members are invited to the public meeting about accreditation at 3 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 18, in the auditorium of the Charles H. Kirbo Regional Center. Representatives of both the commission and the nursing program will answer questions and respond to comments. The commission’s accreditation is voluntary. The complex peer review process is designed to enhance quality in nursing education. Preparation for the accreditation process included a self-study report that took 18 months to complete.
