•  Lynn Patterson Gailey, pleaded guilty (PG) DUI, 12 months probated, 72 hours jail, 30 days community service, $1,000; NP weaving over roadway;

•  Elizabeth Gibson, PNC possession of marijuana, 12 months probated, 24 hours jail, 40 hours community service, $750;

•  Brian Glenn, PNC giving police false name, 12 months probated consecutive with prior sentence, $750; NP DUI; PNC driving while license suspended/revoked, 12 months probated consecutive with prior sentence, $600; PNC lights required, 12 months probated, $250; PNC reckless driving, 12 months probated, 72 hours jail, 40 hours community service, $1,000;

•  Matthew Donald Jensen, PG DUI, 12 months probated, 72 hours jail, 30 days community service, $1,000; PG driving while license suspended/revoked, 12 months probated consecutive with prior sentence, $600; NP weaving over roadway; NP open container;

•  William Johnson, PNC disorderly conduct, 12 months probated, $400;

•  Sara Elizabeth Lovering, NP DUI, PNC reckless driving, 12 months probated, 24 hours jail, 40 hours community service, $750;

•  Charles Howard McDaniel, PG theft by taking, 12 months jail;

•  Pirre Jerome Smart, NP DUI, PNC reckless driving, 12 months probated, 24 hours jail, 40 hours community service, $750;

•  Eric Stephens, PNC homicide by vehicle, 12 months probated, 52 days jail, $1,000; NP driving on wrong side of road; NP driving while license suspended/revoked;

•  Frances Jane Trulock, NP DUI; NP weaving over roadway; PG reckless conduct, 12 months probated, 30 days community service, $1,000;

•  Gramodius Antwane Williams, PNC possession of marijuana, 12 months suspended—sentence suspended on payment of fine; 40 hours community service, $1,000.
